The bathroom is off the entrance hall next to the bedroom. There is one bedroom complete with a double bed, bedside reading lamps, and built-in wardrobes. The very well-equipped kitchen has ample work space and additional seating for two at the breakfast bar. The open plan living-dining area includes a couch that can be converted to a sofa-bed and has dining for four. From the building's 2nd floor landing, you enter the apartment through a private hallway, from which all rooms lead.

The exterior of this historical building, which houses five apartments in total, has a lot of character, with an ornate façade, and dome feature.
